A patient today typically has 3-8 doctors and has had encounters with 3-5 hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, surgicenters, dentists or other providers; yet patients need more ready access to their medical records!  Web portals don't provide data in any consistent format nor make data actionable by the patient. In 2018, Congress passed the 21st. Century Cures Act expands a patient's right to obtain a copy of their Encounter Summaries in a convenient format. But even if a patient can get an electronic copy of their medical records, where will they store them, and how can they organize the data these records contain? How can they reorganize them so trends are apparent or so they can be used to understand and manage their health?

It converts all information into a universal format that allows summaries by Encounter date (in reverse chronological order). It integrates medical data with personal data on diet, exercise, OTC drugs, health supplements and other healthcare information. In the Socialist States of America, the government must control all healthcare. This will happen under a Democrat administration by making Medicare for everyone, including Illegal aliens, who have paid nothing into the system, unlike working Americans who have paid their entire lives. The pool of Medicare Funds will increase very little because illegals, paid under the table by unethical employers, will pay no or very little taxes.

Do the math. There are 52 million (out of 331.8 million) Americans over age 65. If the same fixed number of Medicare Fund dollars are expanded to cover everyone, then each currently insured Medicare American will receive about 1/6th of the money they can get now. Put differently, their funds for medical expenses will decline by 84%! Do you believe a person can spend 84% less on healthcare and get the same quality level of care? Access & Control of Your Healthcare e-Data
The first step is to establish a Mpowered Patient. Account. Once established, the second step is to collect all medical records from all doctors and hospitals where you have been a patient. To empower MSP to act as your agent in collecting and transforming your information, you sign a HIPAA-Partner/Agent agreement with MSP and fill out your Provider List. With your HIPAA Agreement and provider list, MSP will obtain your medical records and deposit them in your personal HRB account. Your providers are required by both the 2009 HITECH Act and the 2018 21st. Century Cures Act to then release a copy of your records in the e-data format specified. These records then populate your personal Healthcare Record Banking Account that only controls the access. 
 
Creation of Facesheet Summaries/Detecting Record Inconsistencies
The first Report a Mpowered Patient? Health Record Bank (HRB) generates a medical record Inconsistency Report. It includes inconsistencies in all prescribed drugs (Rx codes, labs, Diagnostic (Dx) codes, and Allergies to medications - by pulling results from all your providers. Inconsistencies are automatically identified and flagged for patient review. For example, all doctors may have differing views on the composite list of drugs you are taking. I have annotated the corrections needed; a correction request report is returned to the appropriate provider(s) with your permission.

First, Dr. Francis S. Collins, NIH Director, resigned in 2021. We will discuss why that might be below. 
Second, EcoHealth Alliance (Peter Daszak) received an NIH contract, then subcontracted with Wuhan University Center for Animal Experiment, funding "gain of function" research at Wuhan Labs a/c to Lerner, Hvistendahl and Hibbert of The Intercept.  This was also made public in the (until recently unsubmitted 5th-year report on the NIH grant EcoHealth received). According to the Epoch Times (Nov 3, 2021 article, pp A13-A14),  EcoHealth and their subcontractor, Wuhan Labs (Wuhan China), had achieved a gain of function of more than ten times back in 2018 and reported this to NIH; yet NIH took no oversight action. It indicated that in 2018, gain of function research was reported to NIH by EcoHealth.

In fact, in 2021 Dr. Fauci, after admitting gain-of-function research previously, changed the definition of "gain-of-function" and then denied it before Congress in testimony under questioning by Sen. (Dr.) Rand Paul, making it clear Fauci was deeply involved and knew what was going on as far back as 2018 before the Covid-19 virus escaped from Wuhan Labs.  
Dr. Anthony Fauci spoke about the consequences of this research at a Georgetown University conference just as President Trump was inaugurated in January 2017. This website referenced has pictures of Grants and other supporting information. Essentially, the USA funded the creation and weaponization of the CCP COVID-19 virus and continues to fund it even after its release globally. Steve Hilton of Fox News has also corroborated this information during news special reports broadcast in 2021. When confronted, Anthony Fauci lied about these assertions.

Do you believe that Twitter, Facebook, or Google has the right to suppress information that hundreds of licensed American physicians are trying to post about effective treatments because these social media companies don't agree with the doctors' medical conclusions and block or delete them? Are the clinical studies performed by drug-company-funded researchers credible? If so, why do 75% of all FDA-approved drug's serious side effects get discovered after the FDA drug is approved as "safe?" 
 
Why was the did Univ. of North Carolina attempt to enhance SARS-Covid viruses? Why did Dr. Fauci of the CDC transfer SARS-COVID virus enhancement from UNC to the Level-4 Laboratory in Wuhan, China? Who benefitted financially due to the transfer? Who was able to file patents on the enhancements discovered? Why did Dr. Fauci, among others, seek patents on enhancing Covid virus? Diseases can't be patented, but man-made processes and weapons enhancements can be. Is our Federal government so dysfunctional because persons in both political parties are controlled by billionaire one-percenters and Deep State actors, who are unaccountable to the American voters?
 
Side Effects Information Suppression 
 
Each of the vaccinations is essentially different and has different side effect profiles. For example, early Moderna mRNA vaccines were more than twice as potent (per dose - two required) than the initial Pfizer vaccinations. This was not revealed to patients. Myocarditis and Pericarditis have been reported by Yale Medicine and documented in the New England Journal of Medicine. The vaccine has triggered anaphylaxis, more commonly than reported. The FDA requires patients to remain for 15 to 30 minutes after vaccination if such side effects develop, but they can develop up to 36 hours after the injections. This can result in vaccinated patients being treated to the ER, but no reports to the database are being used to track side effects. These experimental vaccines have also caused problems in young women and older people. Nor are they as effective as initially thought, as the recent death of Gen. Colin Powell, who was utterly vaccinated, underscores. Given that COVID-19 has less than .001 percent mortality in youngsters, mandating vaccinations for children is, in our opinion, irrational and counter-productive.
